After celebrating XMAS 2010 in Berlin we took the ICE train to return to Ubstadt. Here are some pics from the trip. Note that the pics were taken through the ICE windows during a speed from about 200 km/h (125 mph).

"Transient Little Animals"
In January 2010 there were some afternoon hours, where the fallen snow was freezing and than the sun comes out and melt them all away. I had the chance to stroll between some little icy creatures and take some pics with my macro lens. Here are the results of this funny afternoon shooting.
